Request data deletion
Use this form to delete your Acuity Studios account and all its data, or only some of your personal data. We verify that the request comes from the account holder and respond within 30 days.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your profile and login credentials are permanently removed.
- Personal data associated with your account is deleted or anonymised.
- Some data may be kept where the law requires it, and anonymised or aggregated data may be retained, as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Deletion is irreversible.
